About Me

Nicolette graduated from the University of Auckland in 1990 with degrees in Arts and Law and moved to the Waikato with her husband shortly after. Since that time she has accumulated over two decades of legal experience in a variety of areas in the field of litigation. She currently practices in resolving civil disputes with a particular interest in claims against trusts and estates. In 2015, while taking a break from full time employment to raise her family, she completed a Masters degree with first class honours in litigation and arbitration.

Nicolette is keen on both the arts and the outdoors. She is a nationally exhibited potter with a diploma in ceramic arts who tutors at the Waikato Society of Potters and has held committee positions on local arts charities. In her spare time she is happiest tramping, trail running or mountain-biking with her husband, Robert.
