About Me
Kristin started her legal career in South Africa and completed her Bachelor of Laws (2015) and Master of Laws (Mercantile Law) (2018) at the University of Pretoria. She completed her articles clerkship in 2018 and started practising as an admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
After moving to New Zealand with her husband, Kristin completed selected papers at the University of Waikato and undertook exams set by the New Zealand Council of Legal Education to obtain her certification to practise as a lawyer in New Zealand. She was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand in 2025.
Kristin’s practice areas include commercial litigation and dispute resolution, with a focus on employment law, company law, contract law, construction law, administrative law and insurance law.
Outside of work, Kristin enjoys spending time with her family and staying active.
