About Me
Austin Watene joined Edmonds Judd in 2025 after working as a self-employed management consultant for the last 3 years – specialising in Strategic Management and Organisational Change Management, helping countries in Europe expand their business to NZ, Australia and Asia. He graduated from the University of Waikato with a Bachelor of Management Studies (Hons). Austin is a born and bred Te Awamutu local, only leaving to have a stint away for study, but he knows that there is no place like home.
Austin is always seen wearing a bright smile with a good sense of humour, he will most likely be the first face you see when you come into our office. In his spare time, he enjoys playing the piano and listening to music (before 2000’s exclusively) alongside spending time with his cat, Marmalade, and dog, Arlo.
