About Me
Austin joined Edmonds Judd in 2025, initially working in Reception before moving into his current role in Business Development.
With a Bachelor of Management Studies (Hons) from the University of Waikato and three years’ experience as a self-employed management consultant, Austin brings a strong background in strategic management, organisational change and business development. He has worked with organisations internationally, helping businesses expand into New Zealand, Australia and Asia.
Working closely alongside the Managing Partner, Austin supports the strategic direction, growth and development of Edmonds Judd. His role spans business development, marketing, events, systems and process improvement, and identifying opportunities to strengthen the firm and its presence in the community.
A born and bred Te Awamutu local, Austin has always considered the Waikato home. Known for his bright smile, good sense of humour and approachable nature, he brings plenty of positive energy to the office.
Outside of work, Austin enjoys playing the piano, listening to music and hanging out with his bird named Chip.
