About me
Maria brings empathy, clarity, and a strong people‑focused approach to her legal practice. Before pursuing her Bachelor of Laws at the University of Waikato, she was self‑employed and successfully ran three small businesses. During those years, she mentored staff, worked closely with diverse clients, and developed the interpersonal skills and practical problem‑solving abilities that now shape the way Maria practises law.
Maria has a particular interest in disputes, mediation, and the division of relationship property. She understands that these matters often come with emotional and personal complexities, and she is committed to guiding clients through them with compassion, professionalism, and balanced, well‑considered advice. Her calm and approachable manner helps clients feel heard, supported, and confident throughout the process.
Outside of work, Maria enjoys staying active at the gym and unwinding with a nice glass of wine—interests that keep her grounded and bring balance to her busy professional life
