Rachael has extensive experience in property law and private client matters, with a strong focus on building long-term, trusted relationships with her clients. Rachael advises on all aspects of residential, rural, and commercial property transactions, as well as Trusts, asset structuring, succession planning, Wills, and Enduring Powers of Attorney. She also has specialist expertise in Retirement Village Law, guiding clients through the legal complexities of retirement village living, including detailed advice on Occupation Right Agreements (ORAs) and other contractual arrangements unique to retirement villages.
Whether assisting with a property transaction or helping clients plan for the future, Rachael is known for her clear communication and practical approach, ensuring clients feel informed, confident, and supported every step of the way.

Outside of work, Rachael enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling to Ireland to reconnect with loved ones, and pursuing her passion for entertaining, cooking, and reading. She also keeps active through regular walks and swimming laps at her local pool.
